Exchange Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact Downtown Cellular or Downtown Metro to obtain return authorization. Returning at the will call desk must have a copy of invoice that contains serial number of the returns. RMA based on end user returns to the retailers only. No new merchandise may be returned or new merchandise return within 30days from invoice date will be applied 20% of re-stock fee from original purchase prices. Product returned without an RMA number and a copy of invoice will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Returns will be processed as credit only based on original payment terms. Downtown Cellular or Downtown Metro does not offer cash refunds on returned merchandise. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging.

Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by DT PCS Inc. To get RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) Number, you may request within 10 days from receiving your order. Please email at info@dtpcs.com or fax to 213-746-3338 or 213-741-9010. Exchanges without RMA Number will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense.

The package, you are sending back, must have a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the original and resalable condition. We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. Netting and tags must be attached in the original box or bags. Packing should not be marked, taped or attached by anything. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense.

Items marked as "Closeout" and "Clearance" are not returnable.

Exchange item should be equal value or within same price range. If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be applied as store credit towards next purchase. Difference cannot be refunded.

If a manufacture's defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. We will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost. Replacements or missing items will be shipped out by Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method.

If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied.
